DNA3, which is located at 1030 King St W (in Liberty Village
), is the third rendition of DNA buildings being produced by the Canderel Residential developer
s. This building is intricate and amazing for many different reasons, the most obvious one being the fact that the ground floor is filled with both shopping and banking options. They’ve got a Sleep Country, a Loblaws and even a TD Bank on location. The architects who helped develop the look of this building are Graziani + Corazza Architects - both of which have won many awards in the past. Both of these architects were responsible for the design that came through in the first two projects (DNA1 and DNA2), and are also responsible for the sleek glass exterior that this particular building has been sporting. This is a mixed-use development, which means it’s going to offer up a lot of variety to anybody who owns a condo here. There are 14 different floors, making up 603 separate units; the entire thing comes in at a whopping 20,000 square feet of space (and not regular space, effective and well-planned out retail space!).Residents will have a lot of features to make use of, including access to well over 6,000 square feet of amenity space; this would include things like the well-equipped gym space they offer. This space has a room specifically for yoga, change rooms for both genders and even offers up the first “Rain Room” in Toronto. There’s also an outdoor terrace that is constantly kept in check, and is also equipped with a misting station (for those hot summer days). There’s a games room for some leisurely activities to take place (with a bar, mind you!), as well as a lounge and theatre room. The business centre is a very nice touch as well!
